Biography
If you’ve ever stood on the library roof and looked out at the Boston skyline, you’ve probably noticed an unusual building with sideburns standing tall against the horizon. Having recently eclipsed the Hancock Tower as Boston’s Tallest Structure, Will Murphy is often called upon to rescue kittens from trees and items from the top shelves of grocery stores throughout Metro Boston due to his freakishly long limbs. Lucky for us, when he is not using his height to battle Godzilla and Mothra for world dominance, Will enjoys battling slightly smaller foes on the Ultimate field.

Since joining the E-Men in the fall of ’06, Will has provided the team with much-needed height, as well as providing teammate RJ Phannenstill with a much-needed rival for the coveted crown of Most Irish E-Man (Mighty Mouse is secretly of Welsh descent and thus disqualified). Will’s big-time defense has improved to match his big-time stature, and helpless opponents need only look up to find him swatting discs mightily to the turf. A competitor on the field, Big Will is laidback off it, and can usually be found consuming massive quantities of Guinness and whiskey, like any other eight-foot Irishmen.
