Biography
One of the most popular pets at Tufts, the Puppy Strauss is a small breed with a brown coat and very large paws he uses to block perfectly good open side throws. Unfortunately, he is very hard to train; the Puppy Strauss has a tendency to ignore commonly accepted wisdom and do things his own way, no matter how many times he has been told not to dance on dump cuts. He requires plenty of exercise and at least once a day he needs to be let out of his cage by opening the gate. But be careful not to leave him out for too long, as the Puppy Strauss has a tendency to chase objects, particularly frisbees, without thought for his own safety, as can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Od_6DtwofUk

If you want to avoid this problem, it is advisable to put him back in his cage and close the gate. Special care must also be taken because as he ages, the Puppy Strauss's joints break down. As such, an additional half an hour is required to allow the Puppy Strauss to fully warm up before he can play. The Puppy Strauss's other habits include trying to 'sing' along to everything, wrestling after long nights of drinking, and complete boredom if his owners ignore him to play Halo. The Puppy Strauss is easily recognizable by his unique stammering barks, and will respond to 'Strauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuusss' calls.
