Directions
From the southwest, west, or northwest
via Routes 2, 3, 9, Interstate 95, or the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90), the easiest approach to the campus is to turn from any of these routes onto the circumferential Route 128 (Interstate 95) and proceed to its intersection with Route 2, exit 29A. Proceed east on Route 2 to the junction of Routes 2 and 16 and turn onto Route 16 east, Alewife Brook Parkway. Follow Route 16 through two full traffic lights. Take the next right, a sharp turn, onto Powder House Boulevard. Proceed to Curtis Street, at the second traffic light. Take a left. Fletcher Field will be on your right. To get to Cousens Fields, continue past Fletcher Field. At the traffic light, make a right onto Boston Avenue. Take a left onto College Avenue at the yellow blinking light. Cross over a bridge. Turn right into the parking lot across from Cousens Gymnasium.

From Boston, the south, and the South Shore
, follow the Southeast Expressway (Route 3) north to Interstate 93 north to exit 31 (Mystic Valley Parkway/Route 16). Follow the exit ramp to Medford Square. At the blinker at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street to the yellow blinking light at George Street, take a right on George Street. Take a left onto College Avenue at the first stop sign. To get to Cousens Fields, take a left into the parking lot across from Cousens Gymnasium. To get to Fletcher Field, continue on College Avenue. At the stop sign, take a left onto Boston Avenue. Proceed up and over a hill. Fletcher Field will be on the left.

From the north
via Routes 1, 3, 28, or Interstates 95 or 93, the recommended approach is via the circumferential Route 128 (Interstate 95) to its intersection with Interstate 93. Go south on Interstate 93 to exit 32, Medford Square. Proceed to the center of the square and turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street to the yellow blinking light at George Street, take a right on George Street. Take a left onto College Avenue at the first stop sign. To get to Cousens Fields, take a left into the parking lot across from Cousens Gymnasium. To get to Fletcher Field, continue on College Avenue. At the stop sign, take a left onto Boston Avenue. Proceed up and over the hill. Fletcher Field will be on the left side of the street.

From Boston by Subway
, If you are at Alewife station, board an inbound train to Davis station. Otherwise, board an outbound train on the Red Line to Davis station. Take a left inside the station after passing through the turnstiles, and exit onto College Avenue. To walk to the campus, take a right onto College Avenue, and proceed to Powderhouse Rotary.
Continue on College Avenue after passing through Powderhouse Rotary. (Soccer and football fields will be on the left side of the street). To get to Cousens Fields, proceed on College Avenue past Professors Row and Boston Avenue. Cross over the bridge. Cousens Fields will be on the right side of the street, across from Cousens Gymnasium. To get to Fletcher Field, take a left onto Professors Row (instead of continuing on College Avenue). Proceed through two intersections and past tennis courts. Fletcher Field will be on the right side of the street.
Alternatively, to take a bus to the campus, ask at Davis station where to board either the #96 (Medford Square) or the #94 (West Medford) bus. Get off the bus near Professors Row and follow the walking directions to either Fletcher Field or Cousens Fields.
Tufts is a ten-minute walk from the Davis Square Red Line T stop.
